Hi, my name is Øystein Vandvik (known as “Austin” to English speakers), I am 37 years, live in Oslo with my wife and our 3 children. So there you go, I’m pretty much a regular guy trying to make the world just a little bit better then it would have been without me.
For a living I am working as a management consultant with a special interrest in IT utilization, enterprise architecture and organizational development.
A few years back, I finished my MBA and found that I am addicted to constantly tring to gain new insight. Therefore, just before finishing my degree, I decided to start blogging to keep the momentum up, so I could force myself to keep on learning and challenging my own beliefs and pre-dispositions. I strongly believe this is maybe the biggest enabler or disabler for personal and professional development.
